David Flink

David Flink, Director of Club Operations
David was raised in Greensboro, NC.  He graduated from the University of Southern MS with a degree in Business Administration.  He has been a Diamondhead resident since 2004, when he began working at the Country Club.  In August 2005, Hurricane Katrina damaged the club and operations were shut down for a year.  During that time, he helped build and manage the old 19th Hole Bar & Grill.  In 2008 he was promoted to Assistant Director.  As an assistant, he provided innovative and productive ideas to improve efficiency.  In February, 2011 he became Director of Club Operations.  His goal is to create a new foundation for service, quality and consistency.  He can be reached at 228 255-2918 ext. 249 or

Jequetta Redwine

Jequetta Redwine, Assistant Director of Club Operations
Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Jequetta has been in the hospitality industry 37 years and a MS resident for 18 years.  In addition to various server, bartender and management positions, she was also a Trainer for Ruby Tuesdays restaurants.  Her first job in this area was at Roosters Restaurant in the Kiln.  Promoted to Assistant Director in February, 2011, Jequetta enjoys meeting residents and visitors alike and working with the team for the Diamondhead Country Club.  jequettaredwine@cableone.net
   

Geo Morse, Executive Chef

Chef Geo Morse is a native of Pass Christian, MS having returned from an extensive culinary career in New Orleans and surrounding areas.  Most recently, he could be found at the Jourdan River Steamer where his classic French technique helped propel that popular restaurant to new levels not previously enjoyed along the Gulf Coast.  Chef Geo cut his teeth in restaurants such as Dickie Brennan's Palace Cafe, La Provence in Lacombe, & Crescent City Brewhouse. He apprenticed under Chef Gerard Crozier, a master chef from Lyon, France.  He considers his specialities to be classic French, Creole & Mediterranean.

 

   
 
Dana LeRuth, Events Coordinator
A native of the New Orleans Westbank area, Dana grew up with in the family's French restaurant, LeRuth's.  She has been on the Gulf Coast for ten years and with the Country Club since 2007.  Dana has held a number of positions and was promoted to Events Coordinator in December, 2012.  Dana strives to add efficiency and customer satisfaction to the Club's hospitality experience.  She attended Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island studyng Hospitaly Management.  Dana has an Associate of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management and an Associate of Arts.  For future or current events planned with the Diamondhead Country Club, please call or email Dana.  228 255-2917.  dhcceventcoordinator@cableone.net

 
Michael Bosarge, Beverage Manager
Originally from Irvington, AL Michael moved to Biloxi in 2008.  Michael has 16 years experience in the customer service industry.  Most recently, he was Managing Partner of the Bonefish Grill for 7 years.  He & his wife Stephanie have 2 children, Emma & Lucas.
 
 
Nancy Perkins, Director of Sales & Marketing
Nancy & her husband Dick  moved to Diamondhead from Laguna Niguel, CA in 2003 & began working for the POA in 2007.  She has 30 years of Sales & Marketing experience; 15 of which were in the hospitality industry.  Most of those years were with Marriott Hotels in New Orleans, LA, Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA, Marina del Rey, CA & Long Beach, CA.    After leaving the hospitality industry she was a Sales Manager for the second largest privately held contract security firm in the U.S.   She is an enthusiastic tennis player, Secretary of the Harrison/Hancock Community Tennis Association, and member of Rotary Club of Central Hancock County.  To reach Nancy (228) 255-1900 ext. 152. or
